While you download, open, or interact with the Application, certain technical and usage-related information may be collected automatically or generated as a result of your activity. This information may include:

The IP address associated with your device or internet connection
The screens and sections of the Application you visit, together with relevant dates, access times, and approximate session lengths

Information collected through cookies and similar tracking technologies, where applicable

Tempest Trophy Trails may use analytics and other technologies integrated through third-party software development kits (SDKs). Where applicable law requires permission for optional tracking technologies, the Service Provider will obtain the necessary consent before enabling them.

Your Rights

Depending on the privacy laws applicable to your location, you may be entitled to review the personal information held about you, request corrections to inaccurate records, or ask for the deletion of your information. You may also withdraw consent when consent serves as the legal basis for processing.

To submit a privacy request or exercise any of these rights, contact the Service Provider at [email protected].

Your California Privacy Rights (CCPA/CPRA)

Residents of California may have specific rights regarding their personal information under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act. Depending on the circumstances, these rights may include requesting details about the categories of information collected and how it is used, asking for eligible information to be deleted, opting out of the sale or sharing of personal information where applicable, and receiving equal service and treatment when exercising privacy rights.

California residents may direct relevant requests to the Service Provider at [email protected].

Information voluntarily submitted by users may be used to deliver service announcements, important account or application notices where relevant, legally required communications, and marketing or promotional messages when permitted by applicable law.

Certain Application features may require information from users to function correctly or provide a more convenient experience. If such information is requested, the Service Provider will handle it in accordance with the terms and safeguards outlined in this Privacy Policy.

Third-Party Access

The Service Provider may share statistical, aggregated, anonymized, or otherwise de-identified information with external providers when it is useful for assessing application performance, maintaining services, analyzing usage trends, or developing improvements. Such information is handled in a way intended to prevent the direct identification of individual users.

Information may also be disclosed to third parties in other situations where the disclosure is lawful and consistent with this Privacy Policy.

International Data Transfers

Information relating to users may be handled by the Service Provider or its third-party partners in countries other than the country where the user resides. These locations may include countries outside the European Economic Area (EEA).

Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) approved by the European Commission
An applicable adequacy decision recognizing an appropriate level of data protection
Another transfer mechanism permitted by the relevant data protection legislation
The individual's consent, where it is legally valid and required for the transfer

Privacy standards and legal protections differ between jurisdictions. When transferring personal information across borders, the Service Provider will take the measures required by applicable law and obtain any necessary authorization where appropriate.

Tempest Trophy Trails may integrate third-party services that process certain information under their own privacy policies and terms. These services may include:

Google Play Services

AdMob

Firebase

AppsFlyer

The Service Provider may disclose information supplied by users or collected automatically in the following circumstances:

When disclosure is necessary to comply with applicable legislation, a valid court order, a subpoena, or another lawful request
When disclosure is reasonably necessary to protect the Service Provider's legal rights, safeguard users or other individuals, investigate suspected fraud, or respond to a lawful request from a public authority
When information must be provided to authorized contractors or service providers performing tasks on behalf of the Service Provider, provided they are not independently entitled to use the information for unrelated purposes and are subject to appropriate confidentiality and data protection obligations

Opt-Out Rights

You can stop the Application from collecting additional information from your device by uninstalling Tempest Trophy Trails. Once removed, the Application will no longer be able to collect new information through that installation.

Please note that uninstalling the Application does not automatically erase information already received by the Service Provider or third-party partners. Previously collected data may continue to be stored according to applicable retention requirements and the relevant providers' policies.

If you would like to request data deletion, withdraw consent, or exercise another privacy right available to you, please email [email protected].

Data Retention Policy

The Service Provider retains information for a period appropriate to the purpose of its collection, the operation of the Application, and any applicable legal obligations. The following retention periods describe the general approach:

Information Provided by Users: Usually retained while the Application is being used and for up to 12 months after use ends, unless a longer period is required or permitted by law.
Automatically Collected Information: Generally retained for up to 24 months from the date it is collected, unless an extended period is necessary for legal or other legitimate purposes.
Aggregated or Anonymized Information: May be maintained indefinitely when it can no longer reasonably be linked to an identifiable individual.
Information Required for Legal Compliance: Retained for the period prescribed by applicable laws, regulations, or valid legal requirements.

You may contact the Service Provider to request the removal of personal information. However, some records may need to be preserved to satisfy legal obligations or address legitimate claims.

To request the deletion of information you have provided through Tempest Trophy Trails, contact [email protected]. Please be aware that removing certain information may limit or prevent access to specific Application functions.

Children

Tempest Trophy Trails is not intended for children under the age of 13 or any higher minimum age that applies under local law. The Service Provider does not knowingly seek personal information from children or deliberately target them through the Application.

Where parental or guardian permission is legally required, the Application must not be used without the necessary authorization. The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 in circumstances where doing so is prohibited by law.

If the Service Provider discovers that personal information has been collected from a child in violation of applicable requirements, reasonable measures will be taken to remove that information from the relevant systems as soon as practicable.

A parent or legal guardian who believes that a child has submitted personal information may contact [email protected]. The Service Provider will review the request and take appropriate action in accordance with applicable law.

Security

Protecting the information handled through the Application is important to the Service Provider. Reasonable safeguards are used, as appropriate to the nature of the information and the circumstances, to help prevent unauthorized access, improper disclosure, alteration, or loss.

These safeguards may include technical security measures, organizational procedures, and physical protections. Although reasonable precautions are taken, no method of electronic storage or data transmission can guarantee absolute security.

Data Breach Notification

If a security incident compromises personal information, the Service Provider will notify affected individuals or relevant authorities when such notification is required by applicable law.

Where appropriate and legally necessary, the notification may explain the general nature of the incident and outline the steps taken or planned to investigate the matter, limit its effects, and address the security issue.

Changes

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time to account for changes in Tempest Trophy Trails, new technologies, adjustments to information-handling practices, or developments in applicable legislation.

When revisions are made, the updated version will be published with a revised effective date. If the law requires users to consent to a significant change, the necessary consent will be obtained before the change takes effect.

Previous versions may be available upon request. To inquire about an earlier version of this Privacy Policy, contact the Service Provider at [email protected].

This Privacy Policy is effective as of 2026-10-09.

Your Consent

Where consent is required by law, you provide it by actively authorizing the relevant feature, granting a requested permission, or otherwise making an affirmative choice to allow the applicable processing.

You may withdraw your consent at any time, subject to the options available under applicable law. Withdrawal does not invalidate processing that took place lawfully before the withdrawal. Information processed on another valid legal basis will continue to be handled in accordance with the relevant provisions of this Privacy Policy.
